This academy was established in 1992 by Mrs. Neetha Guneratne. Mrs. Neetha. They started their operations in a church building in Eagan, Minnesota, with one other teacher and few students. The reputation for excellence in early childhood Montessori education spread throughout the area and beyond. They have philosophy that every child is born with a desire to learn. They develop students physically, intellectually, spiritually, and emotionally. They think that child must have the right physical, intellectual, and emotional environment during the years of early childhood.

This academy is based on respect: respect for the child, respect for his family, and respect for all life. They know that youngest child is treated with great respect for his independence and dignity as a growing human being and no children are same. The level of every student is different. The environment they provide includes a fine balance between structure and freedom. Its classroom offers over 500 unique self-teaching materials. These materials accommodate many levels of ability.

They are not only the "teaching aids" in the traditional sense, because their goal is not only the external one of teaching children skills or imparting knowledge through "correct usage" but their goal is an internal one of aiding children's mental development and self-construction. They teach three languages such as French, sign language and Spanish. They also include dance, music and student programs. Their annual Spring Program and Holiday Program feature plays, skits, dances and songs performed by our students. Here students gain public speaking experience during our Children around the World program and President's Day program, both of which are open to the public. They also have facilities of children’s museum, science museum, children’s theater, apple orchard and many more.

I think this academy is best for taking admission. Students experience is memorable at this boarding school. The programs which they are providing are latest and best among the other boarding schools.
