Cedar Crest Academy is an independent day school for early childhood through grade eight. The campus of the institute is home to the early Childhood Center preschool classes. Wooded lands provide a colorful environment to a campus. The facilities provided are early Childhood Center, computer, science, and foreign language laboratories, library, art and music studios and a gymnasium etc.

The size of class is kept small and teacher student ratio is 1:15. Multi-age learning is encouraged for personal challenge and negotiation. Professional educators in music, art, physical education, French, Spanish, and Japanese inspire curricular learning and performance. The admission process reflects the mission of optimizing learning. In the admission parent interview is conducted so that one may learn about the philosophy, expectations, curriculum and vision for the Academy's students. The history of each child is studied before admission.

Extensive classroom visits, throughout the school, give a view into the everyday learning environment of the child will be interpreted by the parents. Lots of tests are conducted to measure the progress in the student’s tests like Midwest Academic Talent search, The Stanford Achievement Test, The Presidential Physical Fitness Test; National French Contest etc are conducted.
