Oakley School offers education to children having age 14 to 19. Academy is a well known teen boarding school. Curriculum of institute is such that it inspires the student to give their best. Right from its establishment, organization is successfully doing its work of providing such an education to students which work for their mental, physical and spiritual improvement. In institute method of learning by doing is adopted. The main benefit from this method is that students are getting practical knowledge.

Rules of military boarding schools are followed in the academy. These rules are followed so that students remain in discipline. Discipline is very important for success of any organization. Because of its discipline institute is very famous in Utah State. Many “Student Support Services” are also there in organization. These services are for solving problems of students. As students are living away from their houses so it is necessary to provide them proper attention. This attention is also necessary for removing their initial hesitation.

Community service is also a part of academy’s activities. Each student is intentionally exposed to problems of social life. By this a student learns how to face various challenges in society. In society there are lots of problems which can only be solved with cooperation. These social services hence help in developing feeling of cooperation. Teachers of the agency believe that if a person demand more, he can get more. It means a person should be ambitious. If you don’t have high ambitions you can’t reach up to the top.

Institute believes that a person should have passion for achieving target. Staff of the academy is very strict to the rules. There is no favoritism on the bases of color, age, sex and races. Rules and regulations are same for everyone. Also opportunities are available to everyone. Curriculum is designed in such a way that it carries every thing which is required for mental, physical, social and spiritual growth of a person. Results of organization are getting better and better year after year.
