Midland School was established in California. It is fully co educational, accredited, and all boarding. The school is a non profit organization. It is not same like the other one college. It means that other school has larger buildings but Midland School have redwood class rooms and cabins. The college believes that every one should come in touch with nature and surroundings. In the school the teachers are well adept who really care their subjects and love their students.

The policy of the college is to help the students for becoming them the better people. The school teaches to the young the value of a lifetime of learning, self-reliance, and simplicity. The students learn from institute the responsibility to society and the surroundings, and love for the outside. The institute has a philosophy to increase the criteria of academic excellent. The teachers of the School concentrate more to present more services to students so that their personality will be developed.

The institute offers various interschool sports for boys and girls both. The college gives the facility of athletics such as volleyball, soccer, cross country and lacrosse. They have the horse riding events also. The students have the choice of organic gardening or campus maintenance as non competitive options. In the college the students gain more experience, they get leadership qualities. The students are get selected by the council to perform better.

The college is working very well. They not only teach their trainees but also educate them.
